About Mark and Cheryl
We are a husband and wife team who graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, Ontario in 1994. We established our practice in London shortly after graduation and in October of 2004 we celebrated 10 years at the same location. We have 2 children - a daughter Camryn and a son, Carson. Because of the demands of raising two busy kids, Cheryl works part-time in the office, and full-time when she's at home. For information about our office hours, follow this link.

Our practice is family oriented. We see a wide range of patients - from infants to seniors. We also work with a number of athletes, from marathon runner's and triathletes to weekend warriors. We both have athletic backgrounds. Cheryl was a competitive figure skater through University while I played hockey for the better part of my youth as well as soccer, baseball and football. It is for this reason that we understand the demands an athlete puts on his or her body and their need for special attention. I currently compete in triathlons, duathlons and running races throughout the year and Cheryl continues to run and cycle when she can find the time. In the summer of 1998, I added the Ironman Distance to my triathlon resume, and raced at Ironman Canada in Penticton, B.C. where I qualified for the World Championships in Hawaii five weeks later. For details on these races and my training leading up to the race, or for information about Chiropractic and Athletes, follow the links in the left margin.
On top of our busy work and training schedules, I am also a contributing writer for an on-line magazine called Xtri.com which focuses on triathlons, particularly Ironman distance races, around the world. I have contributed numerous articles on injury prevention and nutrition and presently do product reviews ranging from apparel and shoes to heart rate monitors.
